Company regulations

As a member of ATN-VIRTUAL, a virtual airline dedicated to aviation, you have the opportunity to fly and share your passion. It is your responsibility to strictly adhere to all applicable rules and regulations.

Article 1 - Registration and general information:

Membership in ATN-VIRTUAL is free and open to all. Members must accept the rules and provide accurate information during registration (full name, email address).

The minimum age to join our company is 16 years old.

Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Your password is personal and confidential. It must never be shared.

The administration team will never ask you for your password.

Important recommendation: For your security, choose a unique and complex password, and change it regularly.

After registering, you will enter a 15-day probationary period.

During this period, you must complete at least one (1) flight.

Article 2 - Flights :

- Activity :

A flight carried out with the personalized ATN-VIRTUAL callsign (THTXXXX), received during registration, is essential to validate membership in the company.

- Flight Rules at ATN-VIRTUAL:

When a pilot flies with the ATN-VIRTUAL callsign, they are required to comply with the company's internal regulations. Flights conducted with any other callsign will not generate an ATN-VIRTUAL flight report and will therefore not be included in the calculation of flight hours for the company.

- Flight Report:

To receive an automatic flight report on ATN-VIRTUAL, it is essential that your flight data is complete and synchronized in the LRM Client. Failure to comply with this procedure will prevent the generation of a report.

- Report Validation:

For your flight report to be validated with us, please follow these instructions:

Comply with Article 2 of the regulations.

Do not log out for more than one hour.
Respect speed limits below FL100.
Always complete your flights.
Do not enter restricted areas without authorization.
Avoid excessive altitude deviations without ATC clearance.
Tolerance of 3 warnings per type of infraction.

Article 3 - Activities:

- Events:

ATN-VIRTUAL fosters a vibrant community by organizing events and activities. Members are invited to participate and share their passion for aviation. They can also propose their own events, subject to approval by the dedicated team.

Article 4 - Communication:

- Discord:

As an ATN-VIRTUAL member, you are encouraged to communicate and share your activities within the company. Communication platforms, such as Discord, are available to you. It is your responsibility to respect your peers and comply with the rules of the official ATN-VIRTUAL Discord server.

- Other networks:

ATN-VIRTUAL pilots are permitted to produce and distribute content related to their activities within the company, in strict compliance with the applicable regulations. Any deviation may result in a meeting with the management team for review and further action.
